ElectricCommander configured schedules stopped working

Last week the configured schedules were working fine, this week the same schedules all of a sudden stopped working. How can I debug and remedy this problem?

the easiest way is to export your schedules, collect logs at the time of expected execution and open a ticket with support.

To debug:

  • can you run your schedule manually?

  • is the schedule running and the job failing? or is the schedule not running at all?

  • is the schedule a runOnce or runEvery?
