How to a trigger a CI build from a Git Pull Request with ElectricFlow?

Is it possible to trigger a CI build when someone opens a pull request in GitHub? More generally, is there a way for ElectricFlow to receive and process GitHub web hooks? Right now, we can do this by setting up a web server that receives data from github, processes it, and launches the appropriate job in ElectricFlow via ectool. However, I would like to cut out the "middle man" and have GitHub communicate directly with ElectricFlow (one less moving part). Is that possible?
