The simplest way to determine the version of emake is to ask emake itself:

 $ emake --version
 Electric Make version 10.0.1.78127 64-bit (build_10.0_78127_OPT_2018.01.24_09:11:05)
 Copyright (C) 2002-2018 Electric Cloud, Inc.
 All rights reserved.
 GNU Make 3.81 emulation

The full version is shown in the first line of the output. This assumes that emake is in your PATH, of course. If it's not, you will have to provide a full path to it, and that path depends on where you installed the software. If you used the default settings, then the path will be /opt/ecloud/i686_Linux/bin/emake on Linux, and C:/ECloud/i686_win32/bin/emake.exe on Windows.
