What should I do if the ElectricAccelerator Huddle installation reports errors?

link textHuddle installation is completed. However "with errors" report is appeard as attached screenshot. Even in this state, I can access to Huddle portal. Many "error" words are found in the log file. (install_*.log) Should I adjust the installation environment and re-install it so that error status is not displayed before using this product?

The version: "ElectricAcceleratorHuddle-2016.12.16.70133-Windows-Install.exe"

Thank you for reporting this problem!

There is a minor defect in the Huddle 2016.12.16 installer on Windows which causes it to report an error in installation when there was none. Therefore you can carry on as-is and need not take any action to "fix" the installation. This defect (EC-12129) will be fixed in the next release of Huddle.

As reminder for you or any other users who encounter a similar problem in the future, you can always sanity check the installation by first checking whether the Huddle server is running using your browser, then by checking whether the agents are running by viewing the "Agents" page on the Huddle server, and finally by running a simple test build. For example, from the cmd shell:

 C:\Temp> echo all: ; @echo done > Makefile
 C:\Temp> emake

If you see output similar to the following then the system is operating correctly in spite of the error report:

 Starting build: 1
 Finished build: 1    Duration: 0:01 (m:s)    Cluster availability: 100%
