At first i thought this error may related to 64bit system for i have install on 32bit Ubuntu12.04 successfully, how can i solve the problem?

The error message states:

/lib/modules/2.6.32-504.el6.i686/build does not contain the required kernel headers

Most likely you have not installed the necessary packages for building kernel modules. The "Supported Linux Platforms" section of ElectricAccelerator Huddle Installation and Configuration Guide has instructions for installing the necessary packages for all supported Linux platforms. Since CentOS is essentially the same as RedHat Enterprise Linux, you should be able to use the instructions for RHEL6.6.
