How do I prevent users to abort a job?

To prevent a user to force abort a job, I can change the ACLs on the ForceAbort systemObject , but how do I prevent another user to simply abort a job?

Your test case may be different as the inheritance rules can have some serious side effect but in my situation I want to remove the possibility of somebody in the group named "grpA" to abort my job.

So a potential solution is simply to add the following command in the first step of you job

ectool createAclEntry group "grpA" --jobId "$[/myJob/jobId]" \
        --readPrivilege "inherit" \
        --executePrivilege "deny" \
        --modifyPrivilege "inherit" \
        --changePermissionsPrivilege "inherit"
