Step error [AgentIoConnectionRefused]: unable to run the command on the agent The agent machine refused the connection: Not Found

When running a job in commander, we occasionally have jobs that will fail with this error on a step after successful running previous steps on the same resource. Re-running the job will not give the same error.

In agent.log I have found these entries about the same time as the above error: INFO | 0xc379608 | ElectricCommander server disconnected. DEBUG | 0xc379608 | exception message: ios_base::failbit set DEBUG | 0xc379608 | system error message: The operation completed successfully (error code 0)

It seems that a network glitch is throwing EC off. Is there a way to tweak this?

I don't have an answer to your question Michael but I think this is a good case for support.

If it is a network glitch (and most likely it is) it is not something we could fix for you. I would suggest talking to your IT support and asking them if they can troubleshoot this by monitoring a job run. These are informational messages, as the log states, and are simply reporting that something was attempted, failed, retried, and succeeded.
