How do I use ElectricAccelerator parse avoidance with builds invoked by Jenkins?

When submitting an EA cluster build using Jenkins, why is there still an initial parse job?

(This question applies to ElectricAccelerator 7.2.X and earlier, and to versions of ElectricAccelerator Huddle released before 2014-09-19.)

Use the '--emake-parse-avoidance-ignore-env' command line parameter to ignore the following environment variables that are set by Jenkins:

--emake-parse-avoidance-ignore-env=CI_JENKINS_BUILD_ID

--emake-parse-avoidance-ignore-env=CI_JENKINS_BUILD_NUMBER

--emake-parse-avoidance-ignore-env=CI_JENKINS_BUILD_TAG

--emake-parse-avoidance-ignore-env=CI_JENKINS_HUDSON_SERVER_COOKIE

--emake-parse-avoidance-ignore-env=CI_JENKINS_JENKINS_SERVER_COOKIE

These environment variables will be ignored by default in ElectricAccelerator 8.0 and the first version of ElectricAccelerator Huddle released after 2014-09-19.
