EA 5.0 export

How does one export from EA 5.0? I see that current versions of cmtool have exportData, but that command doesn't exist with 5.0.

If this is a database export, please let me know.

try the following procedures, from the EA 5.1 release notes:

Backing Up Your Database The ElectricAccelerator upgrade process automatically attempts to create a backup copy of the current database. However, as a precaution, Electric Cloud recommends that you create a backup copy of the database before you start the upgrade. Here are the steps for creating a database backup: 1. Run the ElectricAccelerator ecbackupdb script from the command shell. This command creates a backup copy of the MySQL database and the filenames are: For Solaris - /var/temp/eccm_backup.sql For Linux - /tmp/eccm_backup.sql For Windows - C:\eccm_backup.sql 2. Copy the file eccm_backup.sql to a safe location. The ElectricAccelerator automatic upgrade process uses the ecbackupdb script to create a database backup. Note: For Oracle or Microsoft SQL database back up procedures, refer to your corresponding database documentation.3 Installation/Upgrade Notes ElectricAccelerator Release Notes IMPORTANT: For older Windows versions of ElectricAccelerator, the ecbackupdb script does not exist. In this case, you can use the following command line to generate the backup on Windows: C:\ECloud\i686_win32\bin\mysqldump.exe --socket=C:\ECloud\i686_win32\tmp\mysql.sock --port=0 -c --no-create-info -r C:\eccm_backup.sql --databases ecloud
